The prices include all taxes and the following services:

Conditions of booking and Payment

Within 4 days of your reservation in order to confirm your stay:

1)  send the deposit, for guarantee, on our bank account,
 the earnest money of 30 % of stay, min. the price of one night, by your bank, or by another service, that send money abroad.
The outstanding balance will be due cash upon arrival and delivery of rooms.
2) or by Credit Card, only for guarantee,
transmit, please, via e-mail or via fax the following data:
Surname and name of the cardholder: (as indicated on the card)
Card number, Date of Expiry, Address, City
Phone number
Mobile Phone

The credit card is only for guarantee and it will not be charged, the payment of the whole stay will be due cash upon arrival, on delivery of the keys and of the room.
 In the event of cancellation of the reservation within the envisaged term or no-show, we shall debit the credit card indicated by you with an amount corresponding to 30% of whole stay, min. the price of one night.

During high season, of conferences and festivals, one complete payment is required covering the entire stay.  
Once received, you will receive a confirmation by fax or e-mail that will contain all the relevant details for your stay.

Departure and arrival timetable

The time of arrival must be agreed and communicated at the time of reservation and must be between the hours of 8.00 and 20.00 and only by appointment.

Checkout can be carried out within 10.30 a.m.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing by fax or email at least 16 days before the arrival date in order to have the deposit refunded.

The deposit will be refunded with bank transfer with expenses and bank commissions deducted.
